The general size of the changing cabinet is 1800mm in height, 900mm in width and 420mm in depth. The cabinet is designed with air vent and label frame. There are two kinds of locks: concealed lock and padlock.
Main materials:
(1) Plate: 0.5mm, 0.6mm and 0.7mm thick cold rolled steel plates are used for the steel wardrobe made of conventional materials;
(2) Plastic powder: selected environmental protection plastic powder (passed ISO9001 quality system and ISO4001 environmental protection system mark certification).
Production process:
(1) First of all, the cut cold-rolled steel is welded accurately, and then the welding points are processed and polished after the welding is firm.
(2) Spraying: in order to prevent the surface coating of changing cabinet from falling off to the maximum extent, the surface treatment process of steel cabinet: hot water degreasing cold water cleaning neutralization pickling phosphating cold water cleaning thermal passivation high temperature powder spraying curing, and the internationally popular Matt treatment is adopted, which is beautiful and luxurious, with firm surface and strong adhesion.
All processes are strictly supervised by the inspection department, and the finished products can only leave the factory after passing the inspection one by one by the quality inspection department.
